How much does Paramount Plus cost?
ViacomCBS has not confirmed the pricing of Paramount Plus, details will be revealed at its event on February 24.
It's possible - but not certain - that Paramount Plus will maintain the same pricing as CBS All Access, priced at $6 per month or $60 per year for the advertising tier, or $10 per month or $100 per year for ad-free use.
CBS All Access is offering a deal to get one year of service for half price, a subscription that will move to Paramount Plus after March 4. The deal offers the ad-supported tier for $30 a year or $50 for the ad-free version.
Pricing runs the gamut for Paramount Plus' competitors.
Among the services with ad-supported options, Hulu is $6 per month with ads and $12 without ads. Peacock has a free, limited floor of ads, but you can pay to unlock its entire catalog. These paid, premium Peacock memberships are $5 a month with ads, or you can upgrade to an ad-free version for $10 a month.
By contrast, ad-free Netflix offers its cheapest tier at $9 per month, while its most popular plan is $14. Apple TV Plus is $5 a month, Disney Plus is $7 a month ($8 next month), and HBO Max is $15 a month. None of them contain ads.
Which devices will support Paramount Plus?
ViacomCBS is expected to confirm device support for Paramount Plus during its event on February 24. However, it's fair to assume that devices that currently support CBS All Access will also work with Paramount Plus.

Shows and movies: what to watch on Paramount Plus?
The library on Paramount Plus will differ from what is currently available on CBS All Access - but the second service's current catalog gives you a general impression of what to expect, particularly in terms of original programming that will be ported to Paramount Plus. For now, you can check third-party sites like Reelgood, which monitors streaming services' catalogs, to understand what's available to watch on CBS All Access.
Generally speaking, the service's programming is based on ViacomCBS' brands and franchises including CBS, BET, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, and Smithsonian, as well as movies from Paramount Pictures.
At the launch, Paramount Plus will watch The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run. And the CBS All Access listing of the originals will continue to air there after the transition to Paramount Plus.
The service has announced that some new originals are coming, including a spy drama called Lioness, created by Taylor Sheridan who also helped create Yellowstone. The service will create a prequel for Yellowstone called Y:1883, which will be released later this year. Other new originals include The Offer, which goes behind the scenes of the making of the classic movie The Godfather; the true crime documentary series The Real Criminal Minds; and the reboot of MTV's Behind the Music and BET's The Game.
